We seek highly motivated, target-driven individuals who exceed targets to join our client engagement representative team.
We specialise in Strategic consulting and international trade or business, providing  services from Strategic Business Planning | International Trade Engagement, Partnership and Negotiations | Investment Migration Programs |Business Agents or Brokers and Technical Support (IT Support)

We aim to provide our customers with professional service from start to finish. At SBBI Group, our mission is to empower businesses and organisations to reach their international business goals through strategic planning, Innovations, and operations.
The ideal candidate must be able to work Monday through Friday on their initiative and attend 2-4 booked or sometimes pre-booked appointments per week.

An excellent commission structure and target bonuses are on offer. High commissions are paid on a self-employed basis. Realistic earnings in excess of £1,000 per week. (Paid 15th of every month ) We are looking for experienced Direct Sales professionals.

FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED. We are happy to train suitable applicants with our fantastic, straightforward approach.

You’ll be great for this role if
You have succeeded in a prior Field Sales role, ideally from the manufacturing and retail industries or another point-of-sale solution.
You can consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
You have in-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local SMBs
You have experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling and building lead pipelines.

Essential Skills and Experience
Educated to degree level in Business, Sales or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least one year of progressive experience in sales.
A demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
An ability to build a rapport with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues.
An ability to work as part of a team under your initiative.
An ability to set, implement, and comply with company policies (including the company sales procedure) and encourage compliance from others.
An awareness and understanding of data protection laws.
